Please be ready for the photographer :

-All Lights on (Interior and Exterior)

-Blinds, Shades, Shutters, Curtains Set

-Everything undesired for photos from counter tops, tables, etc.

-Vehicles moved Across the street

-Restrooms (Toilet seats down) Hygiene, cleaning products to be removed

-Occupants be asked to leave if possible for the shoot

-Pets Food, Water, Toys to be Hidden, etc.

-Anything not wanted in photos to please be removed, up to realtor and occupants examples: pictures, shoes, laundry baskets, purses, bags, toys, trash cans, etc.. remember less is more
